Pe 18 iunie, Jockey Club Român a răspuns cu onoare invitației Ambasadei Regatului Unit – Embassy of Great Britain Bucharest, participând la recepția festivă de la Arenele BNR, cu ocazia King’s Birthday Party – echivalentul Zilei Naționale a Marii Britanii în România.

La 150 de ani de la înființare, Clubul și-a reafirmat eleganța și tradiția, printr-o prezență distinsă: proiecții live a curselor de galop Royal Ascot, tombolă și activități care au adus în prim-plan valorile sportului nobil.
Evenimentul a fost nu doar un prilej de celebrare, ci și o reconfirmare a legăturii dintre România și Regatul Unit, în care tradiția, diplomația și respectul reciproc joacă un rol esențial.

Jockey Club Român at the King’s Birthday Party 2025
On June 18th, Jockey Club Român had the honor of accepting the invitation from the Embassy of the United Kingdom – Embassy of Great Britain Bucharest, and took part in the festive reception held at the BNR Arenas on the occasion of the King’s Birthday Party – the British National Day equivalent in Romania.
Celebrating 150 years since its founding, the Club reaffirmed its elegance and tradition through a distinguished presence: live broadcasts of the Royal Ascot gallop races, a raffle, and activities that highlighted the values of this noble sport.
The event was not only a moment of celebration but also a reaffirmation of the strong bond between Romania and the United Kingdom – a relationship in which tradition, diplomacy, and mutual respect play a vital role.
